We have the ability to produce PCB's from single sided, up to 16 Layers. All PCB's are produced with design rule checking on. We generally only stuff one side of the board but have on a number of occasions for various reasons double stuff the PCB. The files generated are standard Gerber files, including solder resist layers and 1 or 2 silk screens. We also produce a surface mount placement file for automated pick and place machines, which reduces tooling time. We make extensive use of copper pours and split planes to ensure good power integrity. All boards are also designed with EMC in mind, avoiding right angle corners an keeping tracks as short as possible.
